IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION: If you are getting your breast pump through your insurance, a written prescription for a breast pump from your healthcare provider is required before Healthy Babies, Happy Moms Inc. can dispense it. Please have your healthcare provider fill out this prescription for a "breast pump" at your next appointment and ask them to fax it to 401-884-5541. Please note that while we encourage you to order your pump early, most insurance plans have contractual requirements for when we can dispense the pump. Our office staff will notify when your pump is available to be picked up or if you choose to have it shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your pump ships. Submitting a pump order online through HBHM is a not a guarantee of coverage. Please contact your insurance provider for full coverage information. Eligible pump models may vary based on your insurance coverage, which is subject to verification, and may require an upgrade fee. Once we process your order, you will receive a secure email asking you to digitally sign our financial policy form. We cannot ship your product until the form is signed.
