Our Daddy Boot Camp is for any new or expectant Dad who wants to feel informed, confident, and empowered taking care of their new baby! Join us for a fun and interactive class taught by Julia Iannucci RN, IBCLC. Topics covered in this class include:  Basic Newborn Care, Bathing and Diapering, Breast and Bottle Feeding, Safe Sleep, Soothing a Fussy Baby and Postpartum Recovery.

We know how vital a partner's role is to having a great birth and postpartum experience. Our new class covers all the skills partners need to feel empowered and confident in their new role. Participants will learn how to support their partners during this challenging time best, care for their baby with confidence and ease, and feel empowered in their new role as Dads. 

Cost: $100 per dad. We require 24 hours notice in writing if you cannot attend the class. Once we receive that, we will secure a spot for you in the next class at no charge.

For some this is a harder adjustment than for others, but all new parents can benefit from understanding how an infant sleeps and why and what we do as parents sometimes to interfere with our baby's sleep.

Who it's for: New parents, ideally taken when baby is 2 months old.

Details:  Infant sleep expert Kathy Moren RN IBCLC will provide the information and knowledge you need to teach your baby how to sleep through the night. Topics covered will include: sleep theories, sleep goals, babies natural circadian rhythm, normal sleep problems (fussiness and growth), sleeping environment, bedtime routine, sleep and feeding, waking, napping, and development changes. Please note - registration is required and that the sleep class does not include follow up questions over the phone or via email. For some this is a harder adjustment than for others, but all new parents can benefit from understanding how an infant sleeps and why and what we do as parents sometimes to interfere with our baby's sleep.

Who it's for: New parents, ideally taken when baby is 2 months old.

Details:  Infant sleep expert Kathy Moren RN IBCLC will provide the information and knowledge you need to teach your baby how to sleep through the night. Topics covered will include: sleep theories, sleep goals, babies natural circadian rhythm, normal sleep problems (fussiness and growth), sleeping environment, bedtime routine, sleep and feeding, waking, napping, and development changes. Please note - registration is required and that the sleep class does not include follow up questions over the phone or via email.
