For some this is a harder adjustment than for others, but all new parents can benefit from understanding how an infant sleeps and why and what we do as parents sometimes to interfere with our baby's sleep.

Topics covered will include: sleep theories, sleep goals, babies natural circadian rhythm, normal sleep problems (fussiness and growth), sleeping environment, bedtime routine, sleep and feeding, waking, napping, and development changes. Please note - registration is required and that the sleep class does not include follow up questions over the phone or via email.
