Understanding Infant Sleep Class - Online Class

A baby will change your life in many ways - when and for how long you sleep is certainly one of them! For some this is a harder adjustment than for others, but all new parents can benefit from understanding how an infant sleeps and why and what we do as parents sometimes to interfere with our baby's sleep.

Who it's for: New parents, ideally taken when baby is 2 months old.

Details:  Infant sleep expert Kathy Moren RN IBCLC will provide the information and knowledge you need to teach your baby how to sleep through the night. Topics covered will include: sleep theories, sleep goals, babies natural circadian rhythm, normal sleep problems (fussiness and growth), sleeping environment, bedtime routine, sleep and feeding, waking, napping, and development changes. Please note - registration is required and that the sleep class does not include follow up questions over the phone or via email. If you feel you need more assistance than can be provided during class time, please contact the office to schedule a sleep consult at 401-884-8273.  Thank you for understanding this policy.  For your convenience, this class is being offered exclusively ONLINE on March 18, 2025 from 7 PM - 8:30 PM EST. Registered participants will receive a link to a video conference where the information will be shared in real time and there will be time for questions.
