Who's it for: First time expecting moms

Details: This group is for expecting moms looking to gather resources and information, expand their community of new mom friends, and share their experiences in a supportive space where all parenting styles are welcome.

Topics include planning for baby's arrival (what you need, what you don't), shift in identity, changes in relationships, planning for childbirth, breastfeeding, postpartum expectations and supports, and more!

Group Facilitator: Kristen Kardos is a postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor supporting families in RI for over 15 years. She also holds a master's degree in education and teaches at a local charter school in addition to being a mom of three children.
